The hotel offered great value for the price. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. the buffet breakfast was bountiful and enjoyable. the location was convenient, close to popular attractions and a shopping mall.
Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which was particularly troublesome in the restaurant. the non-smoking room had an unpleasant odor.

wifi was fast, was close to a large shopping mall, was in central Jakarta (but no sane human being would want to visit Jakarta)
Low water pressure, very poor employee English, few, badly situated, electrical sockets, bad lighting, bathroom light could not be switched off, supposedly non-smoking room room smelt of smoke, wifi used crappy password scheme requiring login twice a day or so, insisted we use an on-person credit card to pay, not the card used for booking the hotel

Great view, Good breakfast
I stayed in a hotel recently for a city break. The view from my room was amazing, I could see the whole city from the window. Breakfast was also quite good and had a lot of options. The hotel was located in a very central area, close to many shops and restaurants.
My experience was ruined by the poor customer service and dirty room. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the room was not cleaned properly, with stains on the sheets and dirty towels left in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel.
The staffs were unfriendly and could not be bothered about anything. The water pressure in the bathrooms were horrible and below standard.

Absolutely nothing, compared against other local hotels, it isn't even cheap.
To include In a life time of travel, this hotel holds the distinction of being the worst I have ever stayed in. There wasn't even a cell phone signal in the room, wifi was non-existent and the room telephone hadn't a wire connected to it. The place really shouldn't even be allowed to advertise itself as a hotel and your website is misleading on what is told to prospective customers.

No hot water, a/c not cooling, maintenance could not fix it. Instead he asked me to close the curtains at the window to cool the room.. At Checkin, the guy at the reception told me that I had to pay 200$ as deposit, and I would be given back the balance at checkout in usd. I confirmed this 3times and he said that I will be getting back balance money in usd. When checking out, the cashier refused to accept usd, returned back usd 200 and I was made to pay the full settlement in idr. Very unprofessional. Not even close to a 4 star.

The facilities in the room did not conform to what was written in the flyers/brochures...electric adaptor was not provided but it the booklet it does mention adaptors will be provided upon request. The shower in room 1611 was practically without hot shower. A complain was filed at the front desk but till we checked out no one even bothered to get it fixed nor another room offered. (we stayed there for 8 nites..!!!!!!) The lobby seems like a breeding ground for mosquitoes... Breakfast was practically the same menu throughout the 8 days we stayed there.. no toaster and the bread was hard... Not worth the money paid.....:(

The hotel is in central jakarta and there is a big mall near the hotel. You have many transfer options real close. Like the tuk tuk a trainstation a busway. The staff was nice but the spoke poor English. The hotel is cheap but more like a 3 star instead of 4. The rooms en hotel are clean.
The hotel is very big , but i think they only use 25% of the hotel. The hotel smelled very damp, like it has been closed up for months. On booking .com it said that the hotel was a 20 min drive to the airport, but it was more like 45 min without traffic jam and 1.5 hour with traffic jam. It also said that every room had a balcony, but the rooms don't even have a window. There are no tourist information centers in the neighborhood and the staff spoke to little English to help you find your way.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
